When processors are assessing a document, they need to select the highlight icon once and be able to continuously highlight throughout the document until they deselect the option. In the HTML content viewer, you have to click on the icon each time you move to a different area on an image to highlight. This differs from the functionality we had with Java Content Viewer and business partners consider this a loss in functionality.
Please consider enhancing the HTML Content Viewer to allow for continuous highlighting throughout an entire image.
