Currently the Work Queue Item count in Control Room shows a total count of ALL items, including item retries. This is very confusing, especially for stakeholders who do not understand how the queue management screen works.

This queue has been loaded with 154 items, and then some were retried a couple of times during Testing Phase:
This results in Queue management showing a total of 274 items in the queue, which is not quite true if we discard the subsequent attempts of the same item(s) - this can be shown by filtering the Item List by Attempt = 1:
Can this be changed, so that the Queue Management screen can be filtered to not count each attempt separately.
