Please confirm use cases:

1. For a failed fax, provide the ability from design to retrieve status for specific source and manage retry events.
2. For a work item, provide the ability to prefill the cover addressing instructions for a related source and submit for delivery.
3. From a work item in communications, provide the ability to configure a package (including a cover?) delivery option.

yes, confirmed above use cases in addition:

1. transmit fax number from the work item (LOB field) to Fax Out. We have an integration with our book of record where the advisor's fax number is stored, we get this from the system and we should be able to send this value to the Fax Out coversheet to send the fax. Currently, user has to manually rekey the fax number...
