Hyperlink not clickable in Training

In some training - hyperlink which are given are not clickable until and unless whole PDF is downloaded which in turn do not serve the purpose. Hyperlink must be clickable right where they are mentioned.

I have also seen in lot of training - Hyperlink need to add where they are mentioned.
