When you load Process and Service History in Chorus Processor Workspace, not all the history displays at once.  You have to scroll down / resize the window before all of the history appears (if there is a large amount of history).  We would like all the Process and Service History to immediately load.

Could you please provide the use cases for personas who retrieve and view high volume rows of this type of history.  Thanks in advance.

Use cases for personas: A Chorus production support specialist might receive a ticket for a user who encountered a Chorus issue.  Their first step is to recreate the error.  Their second step to resolving the issue would be to review the Process/Service history in Chorus to see where the aberration occured.

Thank you.  This requirement seems to align well with providing improved operational support to troubleshoot issues.  Not all work "aborts".  Not all work will still be "active" for this time.  For any selected item(s) you need an improved experience to view all of the process and service history when recreating an issue so that you can determine the appropriate remediation.  Today, you can only View Histories in the Processor Workspace.   Please confirm and also advise on the pros/cons of using the Export History to CSV to support this type of analysis.  Thanks.

Yes, our support specialists can export the history to the CSV and that works, but, if they could skip launching another file/screen for efficiency purposes, that would be ideal.
