I am not sure if I proposed this already as an Idea but definitely stated it in course of one of the previous Edge related issues.

It would be great to be able to subscribe to certain type of information so I get actively informed about current issues, their fixes and Knowledge Base articles (new or updated).

Once again we faced issues with Edge. Once again we spent a few days to narrow down or eliminate possible root causes and to find solutions and workarounds. We searched the community pages if there were other customers having similar issues, but not posts. We tried find clues in internet but nothing publicly available

Eventually we asked SSnC / BP support and got a quick reply about a confirmed issue about a bug known since 18th of September.

For me as a customer it is much more efficient to just send internal release letter of changes to BP support for review every other week than to spend significant amount of resources and push for escalation since our production stops working.
When a simple pro-active notification of such issues sent by BP to customers would be much better for everyone

Hello @Walter.Koller  I agree that proactive communication should happen via email.

You had raised this topic around 1.5 years ago(thread below), and the Blue Prism Community team mentioned that there was no API or RSS feed option available for this scenario. However, since Michael is no longer around, I'm looping in @Amy_T  to get fresh input on this topic.
