MS Excel VBO - Code Stage Error

MS Excel VBOのコレクション取得の上記アクションで、下記エラーが表示されることがあります。
「エラー：内部：コードステージによって例外がスローされたため、コードステージを実行できませんでした。値をNullにすることはできません。パラメーター名s」
元となるExcelファイルに値は入っており、同じデータでロボットを動かしても、正常に動作することもあれば、上記エラーが表示されることもあります。
（ロボット動作中にクリップボードが書き換えらるということも考えにくい状況です。）
VBOの改良をお願いいたします。

Some errors may be occurred by add-in installation.

​Thank you for your comment. I couldn't think of an add-in installation.
However, this error occurs in multiple environments. (multiple environments: different companies) The error does not always happen, and sometimes an error occurs when the master information is always read without problems by the robot.
