Option to change Sorting Order for Attachment

An enhancement request from the user to change sorting order of the attachments on the case.

Current Behavior: On expanding the attachments list, the oldest items shows up first.

Expected Behavior: User should be able to choose and select the sorting order, oldest or newest first.

Please clarify the action taken where you would like to see this option/preference available.  For example, the attachments list may be seen (1) when expanding down from a work item that has children (may include work and attachments) or (2) from the related attachments list on an open form, the current item.

Our initial request is for the Option 1. But in addition, if Option 2 can be done along with it, that would be very useful as well.

We would like to have the sorting order when you expanding the worklist to see the related sources like Benefits, Summary Sheet, Documents, etc., same applies to when you search the case and see all the related sources.
