Outlook VBO - Not Supporting Shared Mail Boxes

Hi Team,

Currently, the Outlook VBO on Digital Exchange only seems to support individual user account mail boxes but does not seem to work on shared mailboxes.

Can this feature be added as an enhancement since in past also this issue seems to have been raised multiple times on Community by other users

This is clearly a bug and should be handled as such immediately without further waiting to see the number of votes it collects.

Do you have some specific scenarios that we can use to recreate your issue of shared mailboxes not working? The Outlook VBO has gone through various iterations around this particular feature, and it works well in our testing. Of course, there are instances where the configuration of Outlook-specific settings Use Cached Exchange Mode and Download shared folders can impact the results, but those are not reflective of a bug in the VBO as much as a misconfiguration of the environment for the use case. ​​

There have been various improvements to the Outlook VBO to address Shared Mailboxes. If you run into a specific issue where the current release isn't capable or working with a Shared Mailbox, please let us know.
