Portal Forms with Color on CSS Not Displayed Appropriately

In Portal 20.2, if you have a form that exceeds a certain width, the color format in the custom css does not cover the entire form.  If the css does have a color other than white for the background, it should cover the entire form with all fields no matter the width of the form.

This sounds to me like a bug instead of an enhancement request. Please raise a ticket with customer care to get this addressed.
