The first page of the discovery tool asks for the reason for automation, and one of the options is 'risk'. This then doesn't appear to be considered anywhere else within the tool or within the prioritisation matrix. Is there a way we can add these in somewhere to add weight to the prioritisation if the process is being automated on the basis of risk reduction rather than concentrating on FTE saving alone?
