Users would like to create a comment(s) and save it to my documents so it's readily available to add to the work object history as needed. The ability to do this would save time as the user would not have to retype the same comment over and over.
Having upgraded from AWD ViewStation to Chorus BPM, some of our processors are struggling with the fact that comment templates no longer exist. They now have to copy/paste their standard comments from a separate document into Chorus and feel that comment templates would streamline their processing.
Please add your additional comments and votes to existing idea.
Historically, these templates were saved as personal preferences although the general business need is to include personal and shared template options.

@Karen_Hunter , I didn't see the other idea because it was tagged as "Chorus: HiTL" and I had the list filtered to "Chorus: Core". Can you explain what "HiTL" is?
It is an acronym for Human in the Loop and it is the label we have for the Processor workspace(s). We have noticed that a lot of ideas are going into core and are trying to see what we can do to improve the labeling. Thanks for your feedback! I happened to see this one looking for something else and knew there was activity so I relabeled it and linked it for my teammate.
