Verbose/Advanced release import

I would like to know what's in release file.
E.g. when importing release, offer a (non mandatory) button "what's in release".
Clicking it should display release file content - list of objects, processes, variables, etc., with option to un-tick what's not needed.

Current way release import works is literally "black box" - it just imports everything. It's too basic for multi-teams use.
