Currently it is not possible to say if a process or object has in/out parameters defined by just looking at the diagram. This may cause some level of confusion where variables come from. If they are global variables, environment variables or if they are passed in/out.
A small symbol at the Start / End stage that indicates something is 'hidden' here and it is worth checking, may ease working with processes and objects.
