Most Welcome here miss Kukreti,
As a Blue Prism beginner, I aim to understand system monitoring, incident triage, resolution, patching, access management, and performance tuning. I will support RPA controller tasks like BOT monitoring, stuck BOT analysis, VDI troubleshooting, and BOT restarts efficiently.
Thanks and Regards

Hi, Thanks for replying 🙂 .
I am a RPA developer but moving into support because of the only opportunity here. From where can I start learning about support? Are there any courses available online?

Hi @ShilpiKukreti,
I'm glad to see that you are interested in learning more about our products. We have a whole university dedicated to teaching you all you need to know to be successful with Blue Prism!
At Blue Prism University, you can find information about our courses and learning plans, our certifications and our FAQ page to help you get started on your journey.
To go along with what @Neel1 said, if you dont know where to start, take our short quiz which will help you find the best persona for what you want to learn, you can then filter by that persona to find courses.
For the specific information you are looking for, we dont have a lot about those topics specifically as it seems to be about system administration. However, I would like to recommend you look into our Process Controller Learning Plan and look at the suggested Product Documentation for the Techinical Architect certification.
Hopefully this information will get you started to find the answers you are looking for and of course this community is one of the best places to ask questions as there are so many knowledgable people who can help.
Happy Learning!
