How you contact us is changing on June 1, 2021
We now have a new Training Support Request Form in place which you will need to use in order to contact our Blue Prism University Training Support Team as this will replace the training@blueprism.com email going forward.
We are updating our FAQs continually, so we hope that you will be able to find the answers to your questions there. We also have a very active Blue Prism University Community where some great learning support can be found.
However, if you still need to contact the Training team, the link to our contact form is conveniently located under the list of FAQs.
Once you have logged your request, you will receive an email with your assigned ticket number and you will then be able to correspond with our team by replying to that email thread.
Please note: you will need to login using your Blue Prism portal account. This is the login that you currently use to access our training offering at on the Blue Prism portal.
