hello @NatalieFunke @Bweschke - Can you also share the learning plan/course for v7 or update it along side v6 exam content on certification university page.
i am asking this information because until and unless course content is available, we can not plan forv7 certification which in turn mean once the exam is available in October, one has to spend few more months before taking the exam. if the content of v7 is updated along side v6, then we still have 3 month to go through learning course.

Hi,
Thanks for this feedback, we appreciate it! We will not be doing a v7 of this exam so once this exam is retired that is it, we will not have another one. We may incorporate some of the content into the Technical Architect exam in order to cover the content.

Hi Neel1,
Thanks for your feedback, we always appreciate your insight!
We will not have a v7 of this exam, once the v6 is retired that is it for the Installation Engineer exam. We may look to incorporate some of this content in the Technical Architect exam in the future. Keep an eye out for information on when that exam will be released.

Ah no thats not good, i have the ROM2 exam booked and after that the installation engineer is the only one missing from my collection. I'll need to try and fit both exams in before the end of september.

Hi Michael,
This is why we are giving the notice now, so that people such as yourself have time to take it before it is retired. Good luck on the ROM2 exam!!
