Hi vineet kumar,
It looks its because BOT unable to access the blue prism credential provider.
Check below thread from BP knowledge base.

Hi Vineet,
Check the Window credentials like Username and password, try to open it manually if possible.
If it won't work check if the Blue Prism Data base was full, sometimes it's also result in long time for Login agent run and terminations sometimes with Operation timed out.
Thanks,
Srihari

Hi, @Srihari Kodi
I have checked manually:
Manually RDP : Runtime resource from interactive client using same robot credentials (It is working fine)
for database full do we have any specific table need to check, because i m doing manually login and run rpa process is working fine inserting data into queue etc.
it was working fine from last couple of years.
please suggest

HI,
I faced the same issue many times while using login agent in VM server (RDP session). Basically on your VM server machine sometimes your internal IT team they will deploy patches. In order to do the same they will login your VM server by using their admin user. Sometimes after their work they will not reboot the machines properly due to this admin user session which is alive in the backend.
The same server your trying to access via different user by using login agent. Hence this issue occurred.
Solution: Ask you IT team to restart the VM server by using admin user, after restart then manually login your VM server whatever user which you configured in login agent and then log out. Later perform login test via login agent, then it will work for sure.

Hi,
The problem may also be related to changed local security or group policies. Here is the link (Login Agent (blueprism.com) to the login agent docs site where you can download the User Guide for Login Agent and check with your IT if the seetings are set up correctly.
