Hi,
When attempting to connect to a new database from Blue Prism, I am encountering an error. However, a connection to a different database using another account is successful. The primary distinction is the different database and account being used for the failed connection. I need expert insight into what the major issues might be. Able to connect Manually
Error:
"A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)"

Hi, Leela,
you need to do steps which you can find when you type in google search or chatgpt something like this "how enable network for sql express". The good approach is to install SMSS (MS SQL Management Console) on the machine where is your BP and try to connect to the database from there. At the moment when you can connect through SMSS Blue Prism will see the database too.
