Hi,
In the BP foundation training p111, we have to put Set data action after updating narrative field, I don't quite understand this logic. Could anyone help to explain it? Also what value did you put for Item ID? I created a new Item ID text and put its value on it. It returns the error "Internal : Item ID is invalid". Cheers.

Set Data allows you to update the work queue data collection with new information. So when you add an item to a queue it has some information, when you use Set Data you are adding more information to that work item data.
The training exercise uses this to store information about the case as it is being processed (a narrative). I have used the 'Set Data' option previously for a multi-part process (worked accross multiple processes or days) - using Set Data to save process data required for a later part of the processing.
