Can you ensure once if you have selected the 'Browser Based Application (Chrome, Firefox or Edge Chromium)' option in the Application Wizard:
Secondly, check that the browser extension is installed and running on the browser you wish to perform your automation on. In my case, I am showing you the same for Google Chrome:
