set data action

I try to use set data action but this error keeps showing

Hi Sam,

When you are using set data you can only set the data collection to an item ID where the data collection only has a single row. Ideally, the data collection returned to us as an output while using the action 'Get Next Item' is updated or manipulated and that same collection is again used in the 'Set Data' action in order to update the current queue item whose Item ID you will be passing ahead in this action.

For example,

Here you can see that while using 'Get Next Item', I am getting  the following data collection:



So in my process, I am entering some details in order to receive the total price and order reference number. I am setting up the values that I got for the fields again back to the same collection which was returned to me for the current item ID:



So now if I want I can again update this data back to my work queue using the 'Set Data' action:



Note that this data collection only has one row and it corresponds to the data that is referring to the current Item ID for which I am setting up the updated values.
