Community, some of the worst advice I ever received was:
"Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it"
- ChatGPT, January 2025
PS. Don't ask a robot for life advice.
The problem with being so busy that you never stop to celebrate your success is that you're missing out on feeling really good about your work, your team and your impact on the world. I know first-hand that the members of this community (you) produce some of the most meaningful, impactful and resourceful automations in the world and that, friends, is worth taking a moment to celebrate.
So take a minute to look back, identify your best work, and consider entering it into the Customer Excellence Awards 2025 - and get industry recognition for the incredible impact you and your team have had.
We've made it easier than ever this year, and the best place to start is with our Submission Guide PDF.
Inside, you'll find:
Click here to access the Submission Guide.
And when you're ready, click here to submit your entry.
You will need to submit you entry before March 5th 2025 to be eligible for an Award.
If you have questions about the submission process, or want to ask for advice on creating a great entry, you can feel welcome to ask in this discussion. Not only can the organizers help with technical questions, but many of our MVPs and members have been awards entrants (and winners!) in the past, and will gladly provide advice in the spirit of good competition 💙
Those of you who saw me shaking in my boots on stage at last year's awards ceremony (it's terrifying) will know that the best thing about the Awards is the stories and lessons shared by the winners. If you're looking for inspiration on the sort of work that wins an Award, you can find it in this blog post.
Wishing you all the very best of luck!
Michael
