Happy New Year, everyone!
I hope your 2025 has gotten off to an amazing start. Here in the Community Team, plans are underway for MVP 2025, so if you're interested in joining our exclusive team of kind-hearted, passionate intelligent automation standard-bearers, now's the time to find ways to share your expertise with the Community.
Let's dive into January's best stuff!
Huge thank you to everyone who shares their problems and challenges for us to solve together. No question is too big or small, and our Community is filled with folks who just love to help.
There's once again too many new community members to call out this month, so here's the folks whose first contribution to the Community I read and enjoyed - thanks for being with us, and for bravely asking your questions, sharing your ideas and helping others to succeed 🙇

Two upcoming events deserving of your attention:
I adore this story from @SilvinaBP at Santander, describing how they won a Customer Excellence Award in 2024 for their RPA solution that automatically resolves up to 70% of customer complaints around malfunctioning ATMs. That result is achievement enough, but there's some exciting side effects that you should read about in the full blog post too.
What's one thing we could be doing more of as a Community to help everyone succeed? It's something I'm pondering as we head into a new year, and I'd love your input. Let me know in the replies.
Thank you all once again for being a part of our global automation brain trust. This Community is a really special place, and it's all the more special with you in it.

Nearly forgot... I need to give some extra special shoutouts!
@david.l.morris - that absolute truck-full of advice you gave on upgrades here was so thoughtful, useful and kind. Traits which I'm associating with you more each month. Thank you.
@robert.nicklin - you've been closing the loop on a ton of Product Ideas over the past few months and, in particular, the feedback you're giving community members is top notch. Thank you!
@Jrwork - You've hit Level 7 within just a few months by being one of the most active and helpful people on the forum lately. I love how you approach each question with kindness, and always share extra resources to help. Thank you!
@Neel1 - I think we should change your rank from "MVP" to "Sage" because you show up consistently with the wisest advice. I appreciate you, as does everyone you help each week. Thank you!
@GeoffHirst - Always offering excellent support and championing our excellent DX assets. Thank you!
@harish.mogulluri - It's always a joy to speak with you and I love how you consistently aim to help newbies. The offer of help to someone who was struggling to pass their DEV01 exam this month was noticed and appreciated. Thank you!
@Mohamad_747 - Not only kicked off an incredibly successful Paris User Group meetup lately, but still also jumping into the community to offer clear, concise and helpful tips. Thank you!
Love and best wishes to you all 💙
