- Hub 4.3*, 4.6*, 5.0* - unsupported** from 01 January 2026.
- IADA - unsupported** from 01 July 2026
- Director - unsupported** from 01 January 2027

**Blue Prism will be entitled to stop providing Support Services, will not be required to meet any SLA applicable to the Product, and will have no liability in connection with Customer's failure to upgrade, including any security issues. When a platform enters an unsupported state, support will be provided on a commercially reasonable endeavours basis only, and contractual SLAs will no longer apply.
BPC Platform License Renewal & Smart Vision Reminder
We are writing to inform you that your Blue Prism Software license on your BPC platform is due to expire toward the end of March 2026. The new license is currently being rolled out across all platforms and, as in previous years, will automatically activate upon your current license’s expiration, ensuring uninterrupted platform continuity.
The license will align with your Fair Use Policy: ‘Customer is entitled to execute foreground and background processes concurrently up to the number of production digital workers procured.’ You can review the policyhere.
Please note that this pertains only to the Blue Prism software license and does not reflect an expiration of your agreement(s) with Blue Prism Cloud.
If you do not see the new license (System Settings - System Tab - License) BY MARCH 20th 2026, please get in touch with us at blueprism.cloudsupport@sscinc.com, and our support team will be happy to assist you.

Smart Vision
As previously announced, we have deployed a new EU region for Blue Prism SmartVision, which improves performance and reduces latency for customers operating within the EU.
You can read the full announcement here.
What this means for you:
- If your Blue Prism Cloud environment is located in the EU, your SmartVision traffic will be automatically routed to the new region during your Blue Prism license renewal.
- To ensure uninterrupted service, please add an additional DNS record within your blueprismcloud.com zone.

Data Vault and Partitioner
In our last newsletter, we announced an update to the BPC Data Vault & Partitioner utility, scheduled for Spring 2026.
We are pleased to announce that throughout March, the update will be deployed to your platform during your scheduled monthly maintenance window.
A reminder on functionality enhancements:
- Additional tables added to the solution, keeping the Blue Prism database leaner and more effective.
- New functionality with autonomous index maintenance. This will allow the Blue Prism application to perform faster query processing and increase data reliability and integrity, further negating the requirement for manual intervention.

How to subscribe to updates from the Community Portal:
1. Visit the BP Community
Go to: https://community.blueprism.com/
2. Log in to your Blue Prism Portal account
Select Log In in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Navigate to Product News & Updates
From the category menu, hover over “Product News & Updates” and select “SS&C Blue Prism Product.”
4. Select “Blue Prism Cloud”
5. Subscribe to updates
Click the “Options” button and select “Subscribe.”
Once subscribed, you will receive notifications when new newsletters and product updates are published.
