I am excited to share with you an exciting Community Ideas update to ensure more of your ideas are considered for development in our product roadmaps.
It's a pleasure to introduce you to “ @Otto_Mation ”! Otto is like a digital worker and will automatically inform PMs of your brilliant ideas once they have received 10 votes. Otto will post live status updates and comments from our PMs to the community and they will update our internal tool if there are new votes and comments to an idea that's already been reviewed too. This also means you will get notified as soon as your idea goes into planned status and when it's delivered!
You'll have noticed we've reduced the vote threshold from 15 votes to 10 to help drive more ideas into the internal tool and be seen by the product team sooner than later.
Please note that Otto's DMs are switched off therefore if you have any questions, please use the official route, and message @Michael_S or myself.
Oh, and if you have any questions about Otto, like what their favourite hobby is, please don't hesitate to ask!
