We are using to monitor virtual worker via Tight VNC, I have experienced sometimes VNC did not work, it suddenly can't connect to VM.
Do you have any recommendation for VNC?

In a Control room, I could see resource PC and status was 'Idle', however when tried to run the process; [Not connected] window was popping up.
I could run the process until yesterday... I have missed something?
Please advise.
