//Control Room// I could see [Resource PC] status 'Idle', however resource Not connected to

In a Control room, I could see resource PC and status was 'Idle', however when tried to run the process; [Not connected] window was popping up. I could run the process until yesterday...  I have missed something? Please advise. SK

This could be due to a number of reasons. 1) The VM is not logged in, but Login Agent is active. 2) The BP listener is out of sync with the BP Server and needs to be restarted. 3) The BP Server has hit a state where it needs to be restarted. Restart the service, then restart the listeners on the connected runtime resources.
