Adrienne Hill, VP of Enterprise Automation Strategy, American Express
Adrienne is responsible for the enterprise automation strategy, which includes educating colleagues about intelligent automation, and leading the implementation of new enterprise automation capabilities. Previously Adrienne was the Vice President of Robotics and Automation for the Global Servicing Network at American Express.

Chieng ‘Chin’ Moua, Global Vice President of Innovation, Blue Prism
Chieng heads a team of Innovation & Creative Engineers at Blue Prism. His team helps organizations on how to leverage Blue Prism’s Digital Workers and emerging technologies to solve ‘billion’ dollar problems. Chieng has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Information & Automation Advisor, including technical experience in integrating enterprise software and data science.

Connie Collaer, Director of Process Automation, Schneider
Connie leads Enterprise Process Automation at Schneider. Connie has held a variety of roles at Schneider over the past 25 years in the process redesign/reengineering field including business lead for Order Management/ERP implementation. Connie was 2019 Blue Prism World panel discussion for Women in RPA and Women in Technology-WI on a panel for Process Automation.

Elizabeth Tsui ‘Sway’, Head of Customer Success Americas, Blue Prism
Elizabeth’s team empowers customers to make the most of their digital workforce to deliver successful business outcomes. A veteran of the software world, Elizabeth spent the past 15 years driving adoption and helping clients maximize value by empowering teams dedicated to customer success.

Gerald Pullen, Head of Centre of Excellence for RPA, Lloyds Banking Group
Gerald leads the COE within Lloyds Banking Group’s Transformation Division, leading an enterprise-wide deployment that supports transforming the Group for success in a digital world. Gerald has worked in Financial Services for 20 years specialising in operations, customer service and customer experience improvement.

Hanne Jesca, EMEIA Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Partner Markets & Accounts, EY
Hanne leads EY’s integrated go-to-market and executing client service. Her core responsibilities include key account management, client segmentation, sector, innovation of service portfolio, digital, emerging technologies, strategic alliances and acquisitions, managed services and asset based solutions.

John Hindle, Managing Partner, Knowledge Capital Partners
John is Vice Chair of the IEEE Working Group on Intelligent Process Automation.  With over 35 years’ experience as a senior executive and adviser to companies in the US and Europe in areas of technology and business services, he holds a doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University and publishes widely in trade, popular and academic media. 

Katie Payne, Process Automation Lead, Ageas
Katie optimizes the use of Blue Prism within Ageas. Leading the Automation programme across the UK , Katie delivering a £1.5 million cost saving benefit for 2019 supporting c.130 automated processes using Blue Prism within Sales & Service, Claims, Finance, HR, Commercial & IT.

Matt Juden-Bloomfield, Head of RPA, Blue Prism
Matt heads the Center of Excellence team at Blue Prism and is responsible for building, managing and maintaining our digital workforce. His team work to showcase the very best of what Blue Prism can do and share best practice learnings with customers.

Michelle Becker, VP Operational Excellence, Schneider
Michelle is accountable for the design, communication, and change management associated with best practices and work processes including technology implementations, workflow design, automation, associate development, and reporting within the Van Truckload line of business.

Miriam Deasy, Research Director, HFS Research
Miriam's focus is on Integrated Automation across the Triple-A Trifecta (automation, AI, and analytics) from a people, process, and technology lens. Miriam has considerable experience in systems implementation, systems integration, business analysis, technical analysis, consultancy, and strategic marketing.

Robert Kesterton, Head of RPA, Jaguar Land Rover
Robert blends Lean Process Improvement, Digital/Analytics & Intelligent Automation at Jaguar Land Rover. JLR won the 2019 People’s Choice Award. Their submission highlighted how RPA enables a wide range of benefits including freeing up capacity, process performance, compliance, cost avoidance and revenue generation.

Steve Blunt, General Manager AI Hub, University of Sydney
Steve drove the establishment of the automation and AI shared service within university, which was the first of its kind in Australia. The AI Hub went on to win the Blue Prism Rookie of the Year in 2019. Prior to working in automation, Steve was the Financial Controller at the University of Sydney. 

Sven Köhler, Head of Digital Center of Excellence, Nokia
Sven’s team strategize, deliver and implement digital transformation. As the reigning winner of the Long-Standing Innovation award in 2019, Sven’s team submission showcased an 89% reduction in handling times, covering almost 1 million transactions annually, across eighteen corporate IT systems – all completed with zero errors.
