    why my blue prism code couldn't click on sign in Button?

    Hi @Sara Nof,

    Please check if there are any spaces in the username or password field in the data item which is triggering the above error. Sometimes, while copying the credentials and pasting it in the data item, it takes up the blank spaces hence resulting in Invalid credentials error.​

    Hi Sara,

    If you are using v7.1 and there is inline JavaScript embedded in the web element, the click will not work. We will shortly publish a KB article on that. 

    You can work around it by trying to issue keystrokes to it, e.g. use SPACE or ENTER key once you have the screen activated. Or spy the element using UIA mode, and use the click action there.
