Download free Asset not possible -> Access Denied

I have the same issue as discussed in this Thread

I get the following error when i try to download the free Function for Utility - Strings - 10.0.0 Asset

Is it possible that my Account may have an Issue too?

Hi Björn Gollner,

I was able to download it for timebeing I am attaching the downloaded VBO but for futures references if you face the similar issues - its worth writing a ticket to Blue Prism support at "support@blueprism.com".

I don't see any restrictions or ACLs on the asset. Are you sure you were logged in to the DX? If so, you might try clearing your browser cache, log in again, and try to download.

I guess it also has to do with updating the correct organization name under your profile.

Hello

Thanks for the Help. After Closing the Browser and Login back into the side i was able to complete the registration process and thus was able to download the asset.
