  • 1.  Login Agent failure to Login

    Dear Community

    I believe that I have done all the settings for the Login Agent following the guide, but failed to automatically log in Windows after the booting sequence.

    My guess is that the Login Agent RR couldn't even be invoked from the beginning according to the following RR log which is invoked based on the Windows Scheduler.

    Can any one guide me to any check points?

    The corresponding log from Login Agent is as follow:

    The following is the settings for Login Agent in my environment.

    1) Do not require ALT+CONTRL+DEL = Enabled

    2) Do not display the lock screen = Enabled

    3) Login Agent's connection name is exactly same as the one used for Blue Prism runtime resource.

    4) The Login Agent Service and Blue Prism Server is up and running.

    5) Credential settings done.

    Your help would be much appreciated.

    It is a little strange that it is failing just to try to shutdown. This will require more investigation.
