Is there a way we can save listener logs in text files in real time?

Hi @Manish Kumar

Yeah, sorry, I miss the screen shot.

This kind of log are stored directly in the Windows Event Viewer

As you can see, in the general part you have the same message as on the console.

The event viewer is really simple to use. My recommendation is to create a view for all the Blue Prism event.

For this, on the tab "Windows Log" (on the left), select "Create Custom View". In the pop up that appears, selecct "By log" and in the drop down select "Blue Prism"

Now, with the custome view is easier to export this to txt file. You can achieve this directly by using the cmd. Here you haven an article that explain this

Hi @PabloSarabia,

I tried to monitor Blue Prism event logs for a few days. It appears that not all Resource PC logs are being captured or there is a difference in messages stored in event logs.
Any other suggestions to capture Resource PC logs?
Appreciate your help and responses 🙂
