where system unavailable error comes from?

Hi @SamLima,

Blue Prism only throws Internal exception everything else we throw manually from the Object Studio. For System Unavailable exception, you can think of a scenario where we are trying to access a web page but we get a server not available page. We can spy the error message element and based on the wait stage condition, throw the System Unavailable exception using an Exception stage. ​​

Hi Devneet, 

yed but I can't find which stage generates this error, I went through all over stages in objects for this template and I got nothing

it's from BP Travel Template

They might have just copy pasted the template file and put this check. But if this error is not thrown up by any stage then this exception would never be generated. You throw this exception in the below way:
