Decipher Server Plugin not working in multi-device deployment

Hi,

We are trying to update our standalone Decipher installation to a multi-device deployment using several servers. The following is the multi-device deployment distribution we are currently trying:

Server 1: Decipher Licensing Service, Decipher Web Client and RabbitMQ.

Server 2: Decipher Automated Clients

Server 3: Decipher Server and Decipher Server Plugin

Server 4: SQL server.

With this configuration, we are able to install all the services and send batches to Decipher via RabbitMQ. The main problem is that once the batch is completed and submitted, we can not export it and get the completed batch back in RabbitMQ. On the Decipher installation main page, it mentions that the service responsible for this action is the Decipher Server Plugin.

Since we were not able to fix the problem, we rolled back to the standalone deployment. Could you please help us with this issue or have you seen any similar cases? Which could be the point that may be causing this problem?

Thank you

Hi Ander.

It looks like you had everything correctly set up. However, I've seen in at least two occasions recently that even though the Decipher Plugin installs, it did not work correctly. The solution was to re-install it.

Once the plugin has been installed, check to see that it is installed by looking at Settings>Apps and you should see the plugin installed. If, then simply reinstall it.
