SS&C | Blue Prism® Enterprise 7.2.2 is now available

We're delighted to announce the availability of SS&C | Blue Prism® Enterprise 7.2.2. This release addresses several issues reported against Blue Prism 7.2. For more information, see Blue Prism 7.2 known issues.

Some highlights from this release include:

• Custom JavaScript can now be inserted or invoked as part of an automation when using Microsoft Edge version 120 and later.
• Browser automations can now successfully interact with buttons in applications that result in a confirmation dialog being displayed.
• In the event of a session termination, information related to the cause of the exception is now populated as expected in the Blue Prism database.
• Binary data can now be handled as part of an automation, for example, when attempting to fetch an object with a binary data type and store it in a data item.

• You can download Blue Prism 7.2.2 from the Blue Prism customer portal.
• You can access the release notes and associated guides for version 7.2.2 in the online documentation.

Upgrading to Blue Prism Enterprise 7.2.2

• Customers considering an upgrade to Blue Prism 7.2 should consider upgrading directly to 7.2.2.
• Blue Prism 7.2.2 does not require a new license key unless upgrading from version 6.10 or earlier. For information about applying the update to existing environments and further details about the changes introduced in this release, refer to the release notes and upgrade notices.
