Blue Prism Enterprise v6 End of Life

Dear valued customer,  
We are writing to provide you with notice of the End-of-Life (EoL) for Blue Prism Enterprise v6 (BPE v6), as detailed below.  
As part of our commitment to provide excellent support to our customers and continuously improve our products, we are ending support for older versions of Blue Prism Enterprise. This aligns with standard industry practice and will allow us to focus our resources on the latest capabilities and platforms in order to meet customer needs and maximize your business value.  
Below are the key dates:

To remain supported, you must take action before your effective end-of-life date. There are three options available to you, and we (and our partners) are here to help you find the best option for your business: 

  1. Upgrade to a Blue Prism v7 release to continue to deploy on-premise; or   

  1. Transition to Blue Prism Cloud, which incorporates Blue Prism v7 and several of our add-on offerings as part of our fully hosted and managed solution; or 

  1. Transition to Blue Prism Next Generation (Next Gen), our new Intelligent Automation platform. Our Next Gen platform will be available in Q2 2024 and will initially be suitable for organizations that require RPA to support a limited number of digital workers deployed in a hybrid cloud environment. Next Gen will rapidly expand in scope and capabilities through iterative and frequent releases. We encourage you to speak to your partner or SS&C Blue Prism representative to discuss the suitability and timing for your organization's transition to Next Gen 

All three options provide access to new capabilities and will help expand the scope of your intelligent automation program, unlocking new use cases, and delivering greater business value faster.
