What's New in the Certification

More advanced content and real-world focus

• The updated learning plan expands from core topics into deeper, advanced areas like Exception Handling, Work Queues, Browser Automation, Credentials Manager, Web API services (including RESTful APIs for v7.x), and Solution Design.  

Simplified, more meaningful exam structure 

• Instead of 13 individual topics, the exam content is now consolidated into 4 key domains: Object Development, Process Development, Process Implementation (which now includes Solution Design best practices), and Leadership.
• This reflects a shift from fragmented topic-by-topic testing to assessing your holistic ability to design, develop, implement, and lead automation solutions.

Improved exam experience 

• You will get 75 minutes (instead of 60) to complete the exam. It gives you more room to think through complex scenarios.
• For the first time ever, there is a practice test available. That is a big win if you prefer to get a feel for the format before sitting the real exam.

Updated candidate readiness recommendation

• The recommended hands-on experience before attempting the exam has increased from 6 months to 12 months. This reflects the deeper, more advanced nature of the content.
