Blue Prism Community is excited to launch the Mentoring Program—a space for members to connect with and learn from likeminded peers. Just starting out? Or celebrating a successful career in automation? Everyone is welcome to join. Let’s get the conversations started.

What is the Community Mentoring Program?

The Community Mentoring Program offers members a mechanism to connect with mentors or mentees with whom you can share knowledge, experience and best practices.

Once you enroll in our Program as a mentor or mentee, you will be able to access our existing pool of program participants for a mentoring connection with the specific skills to help nurture your professional goals.

While Blue Prism is by your side to facilitate and provide support as needed, the self-led approach puts you in control. You can accept as many or as few requests you have the capacity for.

Why should I join?

Become a mentor to invest in others and share your hard-earned knowledge. You will be introduced to a group of like-minded peers outside your immediate organization to strengthen your mentoring skills and develop your leadership and management qualities. We will be guiding you through your mentor journey, with valuable resources at your disposal.

Become a mentee to invest in yourself and your future. You will have the privilege of learning from trained mentors with career expertise in your chosen field. You can connect and broaden your network while advancing in your career.

As the mentee, you are in the driver’s seat—mentor matching is mentee led. The search tool will help you find a mentor with the ideal skills, experience, and location for you.

How can I get involved?

Joining couldn’t be easier! If you would like to join or simply find out more about the Mentoring Program, please click here.

You’re in? Great. The first step is to enroll as a mentor, mentee, or both (note that mentors must be approved by Blue Prism). Keep your mentoring profile up to date and be sure to include your interests and mentoring preferences.

Now for the fun part—it’s time to search for a mentor or connect with a mentee.  Looking for a mentor and not sure how to get started? Don’t worry, the Mentor Program Directory will populate the best results for you. Once you find your match simply send them a request. When your prospective mentor accepts the request, the two of you will work together to establish next steps best suited for the relationship.

So, what are you waiting for? Pop on over to the community to get started!
