Hi Blue Prism Community, 

I'm pleased to announce the release of Capture v5, bringing major enhancements that make documenting and sharing processes faster, more flexible, and easier to manage. 

Until now, many teams using Capture found themselves editing documents manually, working around performance issues, or producing additional materials outside the product. With Capture v5, those challenges are addressed; giving you a smoother experience and helping you get more value from your automation programs. 

Here’s what’s new in Capture v5: 

• Custom PDD template upload: Generate Process Definition Documents directly in your organization’s own Word template, aligned with your branding and standards. 

• Solution Design documentation: Export design documentation automatically from Capture, eliminating the need for manual supplemental documents. 

• Performance and reliability improvements: Up to 80% reduction in memory usage during recording, ensuring smoother sessions, even on live calls. 

• Modernized interface: Dark mode and updated UI components make Capture more intuitive to use and easier on the eyes. 

This release is a major step forward in simplifying documentation and scaling automation initiatives. Capture v5 reduces manual work, enhances collaboration, and delivers documentation that meets enterprise standards right out of the box.
