I was able to load Digital exchange from Blue Prism portal directly. Please check if you are still facing the issue?

I get this too, I think it's browser related because I can see things in Edge but not in Chrome, which is my main browser. Clearing the cache was suggested as a fix but that didn't work for me. A workaround is to use an Incognito window, but I'd like a more permanent solution. I've asked the DX team to investigate.

I believe this is a cache issue on the website. Can you follow the below steps? Doing this should fix your issue.

- Open Chrome
- Use CTRL+H on your keyboard
- Select Clear browsing data on the left portion of your screen
- The box below will appear, please select the same options as I have; please make sure your time range is set to all time.

Hi Amlan,
I was facing the same issue with Digital Exchange DX portal. I cleared the browsing data and check the security for safe browsing and also the site settings.
Would recommend you to try doing the same and restarting the browser after you make changes in the browser.

Hi Guys - in my case it seems one of my extensions was the root of the problem. I disabled all extensions temporarily and the problem disappeared. Then by process of elimination I found it was Ghostery causing the issue.
