Email Pop3/SMTP VBO Missing DLLs

Hi 
I have downloaded this VBO to send emails but when I validated it I got an error message saying the following dlls are missing.
MimeKit.dll
MailKit.dll

I got caught out with this recently, the dlls you need are in the in the additional collateral link: Support libraries near the user guide:
