Format of Region Url for Microsoft Vision Skill

Hi , 

I am using Microsoft Vision Skill and want to connect a Cognitive Service in Azure .Can some one answer the below queries : 

I have created a cognitive Service in Azure: 

1) API Region 
2) In the Credentials I need to only provide the Key ? 
3) How does this object connect to Azure service if we don not provide a end point url ?

I'm attaching the skill guide for you, found on the asset page. On the bottom of page 4, you will find how to get your correct region through your Azure service and continues into the credential section. This should answer your questions through setup and the connection.
