You have multiple options when choosing to pursue a software to perform OCR within Blue Prism. Most notably the built in OCR Tesseract that has since been endorsed by Google from 2006 to now. It is open sourced and can read multiple printed fonts, but does struggle with the hand written fonts, for this I would recommend visiting the Digital Exchange on the blue prism home page for an asset called Google Vision. This is the latest in OCR capability that will be able to read any font in multiple different languages and even interpret images based on what is in the picture. It does only produce output files of text which may not be suitable for your business needs, check the link here for more information on the asset:
