Utility - RabbitMQ - Compile error

Benjamin__Moore
Level 3

Recently have downloaded the 'Utility - RabbitMQ' asset from the DX and we are finding there are compile errors.  There is a comment in the DX with a solution to add a reference to 'System.Memory, dll' however after doing so, there is still a compile error on the Global Code as follows:

Page: Initialise
Stage: Stage1
Type: Error
Action: Validate
Description: Compiler error at top section line 8: Using the generic type 'Memory<T>' requires 1 type arguments
Repairable: No

https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/9648/solution/utility---rabbitmq

I would be grateful for any assistance to resolve this compile error.

Tx

Hi Ben,

Thank you for being a SS&C Blue Prism customer and for using Blue Prism. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the RabbitMQ asset. Can you advise what version of Blue Prism you are using and also the version of System.Memory.dll you have in place?

I will in the meantime review my own install and see what version of the dll I have in place.

regards

Resolved by only adding System.Memory.dll to External References (Top area) and not to the Namespace imports section (Bottom)
