You're currently in an area of our online community that's designed specifically for anyone who is starting to grow their intelligent automation programs. Here, you can get started at your own pace, and find all the information, resources, help and advice that we give to new customers. We recommend that you bookmark this link and embed it into your internal documentation so that you always have the latest information to help new starters in your team get started.


If you're starting out from a blank slate, there are 5 steps we recommend that you follow to get started:


- Setup and deploy your automation tools
- Consider a training program from our University
- Learn about how our team can support you and enable your automation success
- Set time aside to explore our community of thousands of RPA and Intelligent Automation professionals
- Discover other tools, software and trials to help your automation program grow
If you're already setup, just skip step 1. 


At any point in time, should you become stuck and need help, you can:

- Ask our Getting Started community for help with any setup, deployment or technical blockers
- Ask your Account Manager or Customer Success team for help with any account based issues, such as your subscription or license key information
- Reach out to our Support Team for expert help with any bugs, errors or problems that require urgent assistance
