Hi all,
I have obtained a new Blue Prism enterprise licence file (.lic). I am attempting to apply this licence to a brand new installation of BP Enterprise 7.0. Upon applying to licence file, I receive the following error (screenshot attached):
"Verification failed - signature is not valid"
Can someone advise on what might be the problem?

I suspect that the file you have is for a 6.x installation and not for v7.0. I'd recommend you contact the person you received this from, or your Blue Prism Account Manager, to arrange for a v7 license to be sent to you.

Please contact Blueprism account manager to provide a new v7 license since the license being shared is of version 6
