Hi,
Currently our bot runs at on-prem desktop but now we have build one VM on azure cloud where we have deployed our BluePrism. But there the available resources is showing missing whereas the same resources are active at on-prem desktop.
Can anyone tell me how to establish the connectivity of the resources with the blueprism available on VM.
Need help!!!

Hi,
Check and follow this steps:
- Check if you have the "Blue Prism Server" service running in your orchestrator ("The main server")
- In your digital workers, configure a new connection. Put the "Connection type" = "Blue Prism Server". Complete the Server name and the server port (The port by default is 8199. Check if your Blue Prism Server service is running with this port)
- Over your digital worker check the connection with the Orchestrator, just open the application as usual with this connection type and login. If everything go correct, you can wake up the "Resources PC". If not, you will get a error message, check if you have connectivity with the main server by the port 8199 (default port)
- Over the digital worker, run this command to start the "ResourcePC":
"C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\Automate.exe" /resourcepc /public
- Wait until the connection and check if you see in the Orchestrator the resources raised.
Hope this helps you
Bye 🙂
