Read MS word

Hi,

I need to extract data from ms excel file. I have referred MS-Word VBO and used Get Body action. But I am getting error as Bad file name. I have used get files action and passed the output parmater to get body action.

Are you reading a MS Word file or an MS Excel spreadsheet? Your questions says you're looking at a spreadsheet, but you're using the MS Word VBO. If you're trying to work with a spreadsheet you'll want to use the Excel VBO.

In the file name have you passed the complete path+fileName ? ​
