Use Outlook VBO with Alias E-Mail

Hello, I have the following problem. I have created a process that reads e-mail in Outlook and then processes it. Everything works fine so far. However, I was told at work that the relevant mailbox is not the main mailbox on the PC where the whole thing is supposed to run, but is only an alias (i.e. a secondary mailbox). How can I still access this, or what do I have to specify beforehand? I use the MS Outlook E-Mail VBO.

hello @lorenzwagner - the second mailbox is a shared mailbox to which you have access and appears in lower pane than your main mailbox?

if yes then MS outlook VBO and graph VBO- both has feature to support such kind of mailbox.
